BDB Rooms
Roman hospitality in the historic center

Three properties in the historic center of Rome

BDB Rooms brings together three properties in the heart of the Capital, each located in a neighborhood worth living in rather than just visiting. Trastevere, Via Margutta, Piazza Navona: addresses chosen because from there, the city begins the moment you step outside, with no public transit needed nor long distances to travel. Well-appointed rooms, a team that assists you directly, and a shared philosophy of hospitality, expressed in three distinct ways to experience Rome.

Three addresses, three ways to experience the city
From the liveliest district to the artists' street

The BDB Rooms properties occupy three prime locations in the historic center, each capturing the unique character of its neighborhood.

While just a few minutes' walk separates one address from another, each offers a distinctly different stay: Trastevere with its long evenings and alleyway trattorias, Via Margutta with the gentle pace of artist studios and ivy-covered courtyards, and Via dei Gigli d'Oro with the peacefulness of a pedestrian street tucked behind Piazza Navona. Three distinct stays, the same concept of Roman hospitality.

Twenty centuries from the exact same perspective

We'll take care of it, across all three locations
Guided tours, transfers, and handpicked dining for your stay

There are experiences a city only reveals to those with local connections: a tour guide who opens the door to the Colosseum before the crowds arrive, a Vespa ride that culminates at sunset on the Janiculum Hill, or a table at a classic tavern reserved through personal acquaintances.

Our team puts this carefully cultivated network at your disposal, along with private airport transfers and a barber who visits the property by appointment. Personalized touches available across all three locations, so your stay begins well before check-in.

Location and Contact
Three locations in the historic center, all within walking distance

The three properties form a compact triangle in the historic center. To the north, Via Margutta runs parallel to Via del Babuino, in the neighborhood leading down from Piazza del Popolo toward the center among shop windows and art galleries.
Just below, beyond Corso del Rinascimento, lies the Ponte district with Piazza Navona and the network of alleys leading to the Pantheon and Campo de' Fiori.
Across the Tiber, past Ponte Sisto, Trastevere begins with its piazzas and cobblestones.

Everything is reachable on foot: a fifteen-minute walk connects Piazza Navona to Via Margutta, and just a bit more is needed to cross the river.
